Hundreds of generous Westchester Land Trust supporters gathered together to honor Benny Caiola of Larchmont Susan henry of Waccabuc and WLTโ€™s 31-year history of protecting the land at its annual benefit on Saturday, June 1st. Guests enjoyed live music, farm fresh food, and โ€œWestchester Bees Kneesโ€ cocktails amidst the green rolling hills of GlenArbor Golf Club in Bedford Hills. Benefit attendees were treated to an impromptu slight-of-the-hand magic show, while they competed in a 19th hole golf contest and participated in a silent auction. As the only organization that prioritizes land conservation across Westchester and eastern Putnam counties, WLT is thrilled to have raised nearly half a million dollars to support its mission to preserve the health and vitality of the land, while also, protecting places where the community can connect with nature.
