Crawdaddy’s Creole Kitchen‘s co-owner and mixologist, Veronica Kallas, shared the recipe for their House of the Rising Sun Cocktail with us – giving us a taste of New Orleans at home.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. Coconut Rum
- 1⁄2 oz. Lime
- 1⁄2 oz. Lemon
- 1/2 oz. Passion fruit puree
- 1⁄4 oz. Creme de banana
Method
- Combine ingredients in shaker and shake
- Strain into a snifter over ice
- Garnish with flower or mint sprig
