Fans of Greenwich Village’s Barbuto will love The Barbuto Cookbook, by chef and owner Jonathan Waxman, which serves as “a culinary exploration” of the famed eatery’s offerings. Along with creative cocktails, the cookbook— which is Waxman’s third—includes lots of favorite recipes, like “the famous JW roast chicken” and more.
