Nantucket Race Week

This nine-day experience brings the entire Nantucket community together in a fun-filled week of regattas, awards ceremonies and parties. On Saturday, August 18 from 5:30 to 8 p.m., the Classic Yacht Exhibition will take place at the Nantucket Boat Basin. This is an opportunity for the public to tour beautiful yachts and speak with their owners. Then head to the beach on Sunday, August 19 at 9:40 a.m., to watch the colorful and iconic Rainbow Fleet parade sail around the Brant Point Lighthouse. Following the parade, the classic wooden yachts sail out of the harbor for the start of the Opera House Cup Regatta.
