A Healthy Cup of Joe

Give your coffee routine a jolt with Green & Tonic’s newest offering, Supr Brew. “A big point of differentiation [in our coffee] is our high polyphenols,” says Gabriel Sorgi, president of Green & Tonic, the plant-based café with five locations in Fairfield and Westchester counties. The coffee was created in partnership with Bob Arnot, MD, an internist and former NBC News medical correspondent. “Polyphenols exert powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects on the body, which fight the forces that fuel many diseases,” says Arnot.

Their proprietary Supr Brew is 100 percent organic, non-GMO Colombian coffee that feature aromas of brown sugar with a clean flavor of floral-chocolate notes.
