Make L’Ostal in Darien, CT’s Le Mistral Cocktail at Home

Le Mistral is a cocktail named for wind that blows in the southern Rhone Valley, it, just like the drink is strong and filled with the aromas of herbs and wildflowers.  

Ingredients

1.5 oz London dry gin
.75 oz Dolin blanc
.25 oz creme de violette
Bar spoon green Chartreuse. 

Directions

Stirred served up with a lemon twist.
