Dinner, Solved!

One Potato Meal Delivery

While trying to figure out what to eat for dinner every night isn’t exactly a new problem, it definitely feels magnified these days, especially when you have picky eaters. So here’s some welcome news: One Potato, a meal delivery service that centers on kid-friendly foods (think: chicken lettuce cups, burger and fries and fusilli) is now delivering to New York and Connecticut. The company was founded in 2016 by Catherine McCord, author and creator of weelicious.com.

Here’s what happens: You pick your meals from a rotating weekly menu and they send you all the ingredients, with instructions aimed at bringing kids in on the action. Yummy add-ons include frozen smoothies like PB&J and Immunity Booster.
