For more than 30 years, principals Richard Koch and Brian MacDonald have overseen the custom homes, additions and renovations undertaken by Davenport. Davenport Property Management maintains, remodels and services Davenport homes as well as other residential homes with a focus on design, budgeting and decision-making to ensure each project meets clients’ expectations.
