Lisa & Stephen Maronian of Sweet Lisa’s Exquisite Cakes in Greenwich are the chef/owners of this truly unique and elite custom-designed couture sweet shop.
This dream of Lisa’s started in 1993 in the basement of a building on Greenwich Avenue and quickly outgrew the space. The business is now operated from a converted house in the Cos Cob section of town. There, along with their amazingly talented staff led by Senior Confectionery Sugar Artist Jessi Vitti, is where all the brainstorming, thoughts, ideas and edibles masterpieces are created. Confectionery Sugar Artist Krissy Schule is also a vital part of the team.
All of the sweet creations are produced by hand and with careful attention to each detail. Starting with a great tasting cake and finishing with beautiful decor, each cake is a piece of edible art.
