Fairfield’s A decadent tasting of esteemed French Laurent-Perrier champagnes paired with exquisite Belgian chocolate creations from BE Chocolat.
Upon arrival, join Master Chocolatier Benoit Racquet, for a tour of the BE Chocolat Atelier while enjoying Nordic Fish and a glass of Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut NV champagne.
You will then enjoy five carefully crafted pairings of champagnes and chocolates, exploring many facets of Maison Laurent-Perrier and Atelier BE Chocolat. In addition to the Ultra Brut, the Master Class includes a tasting of the following champagnes:
