How to see Antonio in 2018!
The 40-year-old came to the United States with a golden recommendation from Vladamir Drobnjak, the Republic of Croatia’s Ambassador to the U.S., who called Selendic’s cuisine “high quality” and food that will “contribute to enhanced authenticity” of the dishes at Dubrovnik.
Croatian cuisine style blends Mediterranean vibrance with Central and Eastern European flavors. Dubrovnik is best known for it’s octopus salad, marinated sardines, grilled calamari and cuttlefish risotto. This year, Dubrovnik won the Best of Westchester 2018 Award for “Best Octopus Dish.” At the Greenwich Food & Wine Festival, Chef Selendic will be preparing traditional Croatian dishes such as: Black Sepia Risotto, Lamb Ragu with Homemade Surlice (pasta) and a selection of Mediterranean Marinated Seafood.
