Jes Bengtson began her culinary career from a passion for food, but without any formal training. Despite her humble beginnings, Jes worked through the culinary ranks beginning in her home town of Westerly, RI and later throughout the east coast. Her career, now more than 15 years strong, includes the likes of The White Star Line, Two Steps and more recently, the opening of Granola Bar in Westport, CT.
After receiving the 2015 Greenwich Food & Wine: Most Innovative Chef, Jes joined the culinary team at terrain in our Westport location. With her, she brings her passion for healthy eating, by featuring plant based, organic dishes and infusing her mindfulness into her culinary team.
