A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Steve takes a modern approach to traditional Mediterranean cuisine offering classic Greek dishes such as Grilled Octopus, Grilled Fish, Salmon and Feta wrapped in a light flaky Phyllo, homemade Dolmades, Keftedes and Saganaki.
