Mitchells of Westport hosted the 5th Annual Luncheon & Runway Show to benefit Filling in the Blanks. FITB is a Fairfield County-based non profit that provides food on the weekend to 1,600 food insecure children in Greenwich, Norwalk, Stamford CT and Westchester, NY. The show featured 2019 Spring trends, highlighting how to mix the season’s must-haves with items that you already have in your closet. An embroiderer was on hand to create one-of-a-kind pieces for shoppers to enjoy.
Over 70 guests attended the event with a portion of the day’s proceeds donated to FITB. These much needed funds will assist FITB to remove over 500 children off of the current waitlist and to expand further in Greenwich, Stamford and Norwalk. The premier event was catered by Marcia Selden Catering with wines & champagne donated by Wagon Wheel Fine Wines & Spirits and floral arrangements which lined the runway by Arranged Floral Design Studio.
