It was an inspiring night that featured gorgeous kitchens and holiday décor when Greenwich Wine + Food teamed with NuKitchens for a kitchen tour and holiday celebration on November 21 at the NuKitchens showroom in South Norwalk, CT. Jes Bengtston, executive chef for Amis and Terrain Café did a live demo for guests, who enjoyed hors d’oeuvres from Amis Trattoria and cocktails from Cylinder Vodka and Val’s Putnam Wine & Liquor. Lillian August designers Cindy Levi, Nina Shot and Angela Camarda created the holiday themed vignettes. “This is the third year we have held this event and it’s such a wonderful break from the hectic holiday schedule. It’s a chance to stop and celebrate the holidays with beautiful kitchen and interior design, innovative cuisine, crafted cocktails and an opportunity to give back,” says Suni Unger, CEO and founder of Serendipity magazine and the Greenwich Wine + Food Festival. Guests donated to The Open Door Shelter in Norwalk.
