Opus Celebrates 20 Years of Giving Back with Platinum Ball Honoring Person-to-Person

With shimmering waterfront views as its backdrop, the annual gala to support Opus for Person-to-Person was a glamorous, celebratory event that marked the nonprofit’s 20 years of giving back to the community. Held on April 30 at the Wee Burn Country Club in Rowayton, CT, the event was the largest fundraiser of the year for Opus. Under a tent that opened onto the beach, guests sampled the event’s signature drink, Platinum Punch, enjoyed a sit-down dinner at flower-decked tables and bided on prizes like VIP sports tickets during the live and silent auctions. The day was rounded out with a golf contest and music by the Sultans of Swing, which filtered through the air as the sun dipped below the horizon.
