Patrons, underwriters, and sponsors of this year’s Greenwich Hospital’s Under the Stars event gathered under the dreamlike scenery of McArdle’s Florist and Garden Center in Greenwich to both honor all the hard work and contributions made towards the fundraiser and discuss the details of the event, which was held at the end of June.
Signature lemonade cocktails, wine and hors d’oeuvres were served, provided by Marcia Selden Catering, which helped fuel the excitement of the guests and energized the room. The commitment to women and children’s health and Greenwich Hospital was palpable as President Normal G. Roth thanked Suni Unger and Serendipity Magazine for hosting the party, co-chairs Andrea Sinkin Jaffe and Jennifer Turano and the committee for their efforts in creating such an incredible evening.
The Under the Stars honoree, Patricia Calayag, MD, director of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the hospital, also shared a few words on her passion and commitment to her work and excitement for the benefit.
