Nearly 600 guests were on hand at the 14th Annual Red Cross Heroes Ball to meet 4-year-old Bradley Law and his family. Bradley has Common Immune Deficiency (CVID). His monthly treatments include receiving antibodies from between 5,000 and 10,000 blood donors. Blood donors and sponsors who have donated hundreds of units of blood were recognized at the event, along with volunteers with more than 21 years of service. A lively cocktail reception along with a spin-the-bottle wine raffle kicked off the evening.
