The inaugural Serendipity Golf Classic was held at the GlenArbor Golf Club in Bedford on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Special Guests included Brian Crowell (golf pro and TV broadcaster) and Debbie Doniger (famed instructor and TV broadcaster). A few foursomes were joined by professional hockey players Ryan Shannon and Kevin Shattenkirk.
Other highlights included a Keel Vodka Tournament Bar Cart, GlenArbor signature Wood Fire Pizzas on Tournament Hole, “Hole in One Car” sponsored by New Country Porsche of Greenwich, Cocktail party with Awards & “Hitting Green in Lake” Pitch Off, and a Cigar Bar presented by Empire City.
The Serendipity Golf Classic was proud to support and celebrate the critical conservation, education and environmental work Audubon does throughout Connecticut – and their dedication to making our towns, cities and our own backyards healthier for our families and for generations to come. The event’s exclusive silent auction as well as donations benefited Audubon Connecticut.
