The Greenwich Wine + Food Festival, located at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich, CT, is a multi-day event celebrating this area’s rich culinary landscape and showcasing innovation in the food and beverage industries. Year-to-year, it will benefits multiple charitable organizations, including Greenwich Parks & Recreation Fund, Friends of James Beard Benefits and more.

Greenwich Parks & Recreation Foundation

The Town of Greenwich Parks and Recreation Fund was set up to receive donations.  Allowing the community citizens and businesses an avenue to donate to the Town of Greenwich Parks & Recreation Projects and Programs.

Your contribution to the Park Foundation will benefit:
Park development
Landscape improvements
Community events – Summer Movie Series
Protection of natural habitats and endangered wildlife
Replacement of deteriorating playground and picnic areas with upgrades.
Educational and recreational opportunities for families

Friends of James Beard Benefits 

Founded in 1986, the James Beard Foundation is dedicated to celebrating, nurturing, and honoring America’s diverse culinary heritage through programs that educate and inspire. Today the Beard Foundation continues in the same spirit by administering a number of diverse programs that include educational initiatives, food industry awards, scholarships to culinary schools, publications, chef advocacy training, and thought-leader convening.

Funds raised at The Friends of James Beard Benefits go toward a number of programs including the James Beard Foundation National Scholars Program, which has awarded close to $6 million in financial aid to a varied group of aspirants.
