How do I get tickets to The Big Easy?

Tickets are available on Ticketmaster or at the Box office at The Capitol Theatre. Click here to buy tickets.

Where Do I Park?

There is free parking at the Metro-North lot and street parking. Diamond Ticket holders can park at St. Peters Church Lot (FIRST COME. FIRST SERVE)

Can I buy tickets at the door?

If tickets don’t sell out, they will be available for purchase at the door. But, why take that chance? Buy your tickets today before they are gone!

I previously bought tickets for The Big Easy in October. Are my tickets still useable?

Yes! We will be emailing you with a new ticket prior to the event, Please reach out to racquelpiscitelli@ungerpublishing.com for any questions.

What time do the doors open?

For Diamond & Gold VIP Ticket Holders: Doors Open at 6:00 PM

For VIP Ticket Holders: Doors Open at 6:30 PM

What is the attire for The Big Easy event at The Capitol Theatre?

Causal attire – Wear what you would wear walking the streets of New Orleans!

Are the food and drinks really free?

Is a cheeseburger better with bacon? Yes! I know it’s unbelievable. All food and drink is included in the ticket price!

Will you be following current COVID-19 Protocols?

Yes, all Greenwich Wine + Food experiences will strictly adhere to current health and safety guidelines from State of Connecticut, State of New York CDC and WHO.

Why are there Service and Processing Fees?

Tickets purchased subject to a per ticket Ticketmaster service fee and a non-refundable processing fee.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, tickets are non-refundable.

Can I give my tickets to someone else if something comes up that day?

Yes, tickets are transferable.

Do I need to pay for anything when we are at Greenwich Wine + Food events?

No! Everything listed (including all food and drink)as per your ticket is included in the purchase price.

If I don’t drink alcohol, can I get a cheaper ticket?

No, but there will be plenty of non-alcoholic options.

Are there vegetarian options?

Yes! We strive to have a variety of delicious options for everyone.

Can I bring an infant?

Sorry, please leave your little ones at home. You are going to need both hands to taste all the amazing Wine + Food we have to offer!

Do you offer babysitting?

Unfortunately, we do not offer babysitting as no one under 21 is admitted to the events. However, you should definitely get one as the day/night is the best of the year! I hear care.com is awesome.

Can I bring my kids if they are under 21?

Under no circumstance will anyone under the age of 21 be permitted to enter The Big Easy at The Capitol Theatre. Police and security will be checking ID’s at the door.

Can I bring my dog?

No, please leave your furry friends at home. (It is not sanitary with all of the delicious food around!)

Can I bring a professional camera?

Professional cameras are only permitted for those with press passes.

Will you be checking ID at the door?

Yes, Please be ready to show your ID upon entry. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to enter.

Is GWF wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Greenwich Wine + Food is held in a wheelchair accessible venue.
