Golden Oak BathroomAward-winning, Orlando-based builders Phil Kean and Rial Jones are the first to bring to life this new architectural style in a community best known for a traditional European aesthetic. Blurring the lines between indoors and out, the homes are for families looking to entertain and spend time together on the patio and deck, as well as in the open kitchen and living room.

Architectural inspirations come from Frank Lloyd Wright, Paul Rudolph, Richard Neutra and Rudolf. “Homeowners can expect open floor plans, pocketing glass walls, extensive indoor/outdoor living spaces and extraordinary architectural details as the main attractions of this extraordinary home,” says Phil Kean.
