“It’s magical,” says real estate agent Roni Agress of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in Redding, CT.
The current owners built the home in 2014. Designer Amy Zolin worked with the architect to design the interior of the main home. The homeowners wanted something easy, modern and conducive to family gatherings—but also love history and hoped for the home to reflect a European and relaxed feel.

“It’s a singular offering for the amenities and property,” says Agress, who has already received inquiries from buyers all over the world. “It’s amazingly comfortable and welcoming.”
