Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
1 ounce pinot grigio white wine
1 ounce passion fruit liqueur (like Fruitful)
1 ounce Aperol
Champagne (or prosecco) to taste Orange slice for garnish Rosemary stem for garnish
Directions:
1. Fill wine glass halfway with ice.
2. Pour pinot grigio, passion fruit liqueur and Aperol into a glass.
3. Fill remaining space in the glass with desired amount of champagne or prosecco. 4. Garnish with orange and a rosemary stem. 5. For a smoky accent, burn the top of the rosemary for a few seconds once in the glass and blow out.
