Cranberry Mule Recipe

This drink has holiday spirit written all over it. It’s pretty, it’s tart and it’s sweet, and you can even omit the vodka for a non-alcoholic version that’s equally as tasty. – AJ Dean

Glass: Copper mule mug
Garnish: Lime wheel, cranberries

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces sweetened cranberry juice 1⁄2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Lime wheel, for garnish
  • Cranberries, for garnish

Directions

Fill a copper mule mug with ice. Add the vodka, cranberry juice and lime juice. Stir to mix and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and cranberries.

Variation

For a cranberry mule mocktail, leave out the vodka and double the amount of cranberry juice. You can also substitute ginger ale for the ginger beer.
