Mardi Parti Pitcher of the King Cake Milk Punch

Crawdaddy’s Creole Kitchen‘s co-owner and mixologist, Veronica Kallas, shared the recipe for their King Cake Milk Punch with us – giving us a taste of New Orleans at home.

Ingredients:
Makes about 4 liters

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cup King Cake syrup
  • 1/4 cup praline syrup
  • 2 & 1/2 cups bourbon
  • 1 & 1/4 cups amaretto
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Grated cinnamon 
  • Mardi Gras colored sprinkles

Method: 
Serve in rocks glass over ice

  1. Combine milk and cream
  2. Add remaining parts, stirring lightly
  3. Dip rim of a rocks glass in simple syrup and rub the rim in some sprinkles
  4. Grate cinnamon over cocktail
