Autism Speaks 18th Annual Celebrity Golf Challenge

On June 20th, golfers teed off at the Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, NY, for the Autism Speaks 18th Annual Celebrity Golf Challenge. The event helped raise funds for Autism Speaks’ key programs, such as those that provide local grants to families and support research for MSSNG, the world’s largest genomic database on autism. During the day, guests played on the club’s renowned course and took part in a silent auction. At night, paper globe lanterns set the scene for evening cocktails and a reception featuring an elegant buffet with seafood, pasta and a carving station. The event drew more than 350 attendees, including former NHL players William Donovan Ard, Michael Boley and Patrick Flately.
