Community Centers’ Golf Challenge Rounds Up Golfers For a Day of Fun and Fundraising

Community Centers, Inc. held its 27th Annual Golf Challenge at the Stanwich Club Golf Course on June 30 and provided guests with a full day of sun and golf at one of the country’s top-ranked courses. Ninety-six golfers came out to support Community Centers, which has been providing services like youth advocacy and support, counseling for all ages and citizenship and ESL programs to the Greenwich community for 60 years. The events also included a silent auction, cocktails and a buffet luncheon provided by the club. “It was really super, weather was perfect, many golfers said they had a wonderful time!” says Community Centers’ president Carol Memishian. “Stanwich Club is truly a beautiful golf course.”
