Endeavor Horse Show Supports Equine-assisted Therapies for Those with Special Needs

More than 300 people came to the bucolic grounds of Endeavor Farm in Bedford, NY, on September 24 to cheer on 35 riders participating in the Endeavor Therapeutic Horsemanship second annual Horse Show. Top riders took home ribbons in three classes and families enjoyed games, arts and crafts, a food truck and an equine apparel exchange. The full-day event raised $25,000 (surpassing its goal) to support Endeavor’s therapeutic riding programming, which empowers individuals with special needs by providing equine-assisted activities and therapies in an inclusive and welcoming environment.
