This artisan coffee bar makes their hot chocolate using housemade chocolate syrup (ingredients include raw sugar and a touch of seal salt) and Farmer’s Cow milk (a Connecticut product). Topping choices are homemade whipped cream or an oversized marshmallow from Dough & Co. (a Weston, CT-based company).
