Stop by for a slice from Little Box Pizza in Stamford, CT. It’s a massive state-of-the-art food truck, operating as a take-out restaurant and delivery service. Not only do they use fresh, clean ingredients (the chicken, beef and pork are natural, antibiotic and hormone free, and humanely raised; the pepperoni and bacon are nitrate free), but the company also sponsors those down on their luck by giving them a chance to run their own pizza truck and become an entrepreneur. The founders, Brad Nagy and Angelo Viscoso, also own Frankie & Fanucci’s in Mamaroneck, Sotto 13 in Manhattan, and il Fornetto in Brooklyn, NY.
