Brad Stewart was born and raised in the Hunter Valley region in New South Wales (Wine Country), Australia. He’s been cooking for 15 years. He started an apprenticeship at Cypress Lakes Golf Resort in 2003. In 2006, he moved to the city to work at the Four Seasons Hotel.

In 2009, he worked at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Washington, D.C. Brad also worked at a one Michelin starred Public restaurant, opened a thai Restaurant, Betal, in the West Village and worked for Avroko Hospitality Group as Sous Chef at Saxon and Parole.
In 2013, Brad worked at Surf Lodge as their Summer Chef de Cuisine. He moved to Phuket Thailand in 2014 and worked at the Regent Hotel in Cape Panwa as the Chef de Cuisine. After leaving Thailand, Brad worked at Goldfish Bar and Kitchen in Pokolbin, Australia. He moved back to the USA to work as the Chef de Cuisine at Surf Lodge. Brad is now the Chef at Flinders Lane.
