Born and raised on the Caribbean island of St. Thomas, Susanne’s culinary adventure has always been about dessert. After attending the French Culinary Institute, Susanne worked and traveled across the US, including NYC, San Antonio, TX and Orlando, FL as the Pastry Chef for the Ritz-Carlton.

Susanne has received numerous accolades and culinary recognition including taking home 1st Place in the 2005 Florida Pastry Championship. Moving to CT in 2014, she began working with The Match restaurant group as well as various other endeavors. She is currently the Pastry Chef for Bianco Rosso in Trumbull.
